1. What would you honestly do if you were in Engineer A's situation? Do you think this is the most ethical course of action?
2. Suppose Engineer A suggests that more tests should be performed, and management cannot be convinced to spend the time and money it would take to perform the additional testing. Further, Engineer A's boss threatens to fire him if he does not keep his suggestions to himself. What would you honestly do in this situation? Do you think this is the most ethical course of action?
Explanation / Answer
As engineer know that the new standards are about to release then Engineer A should propose for new tests. This is the most ethical course of action. 2. Again in second case I will always remain on my words I willpropose for further testing, because i know if i launched the softeare today it will cause a great loss to the company ( because after some days no one want to use this older software as it does not meet the new stsndards)
this fill also affect the name and fame of the company
