QUESTION: The complete genomic sequence of the chicken is available. You also have a very large number of cDNA sequences from all of the cells in the chicken. Using these two resources which gene feature (promoters etc) could you easily identify in chickens.

Assume you identify all of the genes in the chicken genome and also have complete genomic sequences of fish, frogs, birds, and humans. How would you start trying to predict enhancer sequences in these species?

Promoter gene features identified in chickens are MMP13 expression and genetic effect on egg production traits of its promoter polymorphism.

Then we have to predict enhancer sequences in fish, frogs, birds and humans .These sequences are flanking bmp2 gene sequences .
