Over the last decade businesses be it small or big have been using the social mnetworks to publisize thier brand.
There is no set criterion that seprates the big and the small players when it comes to using the social network for their business.
i> Social networking has really helped the small businesses to spur as now they are able to present their brand to a wider demograph of people.
ii> Print media and TV advertisments is not every ones cup of tea, so the alternate of social media has really helped the small business owners to sell their services and doing this they don't have to worry about the capital investment that much.
iii> Earlier it wasn't possible for the small business owners to open shop at multiple locations although doing so would help them a lot.
but now they don't have to worry about this anymore as they just need to use their websites or launch smartphone application and their brand would reach
millions of people and doing so the small business owners don't have to worry about investing in expensive real estate.
