Control Paste this data into Ms Excel.

This is how it would look

Do the follwing steps

1. Go to Insert in menu bar in excel

2. Select pivot table > select the the total data range > new worksheet > OK

You now have a pivot table

3. In the rows, drag and drop the quality rating

4. In the column space, drag and drop the volume category

5. Drag and drop the average unit price into the space under values

6. click the average unit price in values, select value filed setting, select average.

We are done, bring the answer to single decimal place using the panel in excel.
