Explanation / Answer
Here are the observations and interpretation from the correlation table:
- people who are more proud have a lower intention to search. This is because we see a significant negative correlation of -.593
- people who are more proud do the work they want. This we can see because of a positive statistically significant correlation of .470.
The same is the case between higher level of feeling Proud and people who who feel thier Supervisor is Helpful/friendly.
People who are have high intention to search have a statistically significant negative correlation with Work they want or working in group/teams. We can see the correlation' at -.411 and -.346, respectively
What' surprising is that there' a opposite behavior of People who say "work I want" and thier intention to Search have negative correlation. If the person wants his kind of work, then his intention to search should be higher, and therefore, should actually be a +ive correlation, which is surprising as actually the correlation is a statistically negative correaltion of -0.411.
