15a. We can very well see a Linear relation between the Bachelor's degree holders and the median income of the same person. The correlation between the two will, therefore, be high.

15b. The observation whose median income is around 55,000 and has a Bachelor's % degree of 60% students stand out from the rest of the data, as it happens to be an outlier.
