Probability = 0.05

b)The probability that the person is either unemployed or has no dilploma is ,

= P(unemployed) + P(no diploma) - P(unemployed and no diploma)

= 180/3600 + 540/3600 - 46/3600

= (180 + 540 - 46) / 3600

= 674 / 3600 = 0.1872

Probability = 0.1872
