Explanation / Answer

a) If two events are disjoint, then the probability that they will both occur will always be zero.

b) Probability of an event always lies between 0 and 1 both inclusive. So probability of both A and B happening can not be 1.2.

c) Probability of the complement of A = 1 - Probability of A = 1 - 0.45 = 0.55
