Question

Equations are around us in everyday life. For example, if you have $30 at a baseball game and you go to the concession stand for hot dogs and hamburgers, and hot dogs are $3 each and hamburgers are $5 each, how many of each can you purchase? There isn’t just one answer.

In the first paragraph, introduce your equation, tell what your variables represent, and tell what the equation represents.

In the second paragraph, present two solutions to your equation.

In the third paragraph, discuss how and when equations are used in business transactions and give at least two examples.

In the final paragraph, state your conclusions.

Explanation / Answer

here we have 30 dollar for the match and we have to manage in this only, the x represent the hot dog while the y represent the humburger, the price for each will be 3dollar and 5 dollar respectively, the equation comes out to be

3x+5y = 30, which represent the total number of burger and hot dog bought during the match

the two solution will come out to be 5 hotdogs and 3 burgers, or 0 hot dogs 6 burgers or 10 hot dogs 0 burgers.

equations are always used in business as to predict the the sales, to optimize the resourse for more profit, also to find the number of workers required to do the particular work.

conclusion will be that the equations give us the idea that by constraint we can use to find the solution in real life ranginf from office to school, even in scientific purpose the equations are hugely important.
