Explanation / Answer

Yes obvioulsy therre is a relationship between the Rate and Mass.

We can see that the R square measure is 0.747 saying about 74% of the data is well fit and from the scatter plot we do see an increasing trend and the same is represented in the summary statistics with a slope of 26.87 and an intercept of 113.16.The t stats are also significant saying the regression equaiton is proper.

If we have multiple regression equations,you need to choose that one with maximum R square measure and least standard error measure.
