Question
KQuestion 14 (of 17) 6.00 points If you are trying to build credit by using a credit card, each time you make a purchase with the credit card, deduct that amount from your checking account. That way, when your credit card bill is due, you will have enough to pay the credit card off in full. Kathy Lehner is going to start doing this. She plans on paying her credit card bill in full this month. How much does she owe with a 69% APR and the following transactions? (Round your answer to the nearest cent.) $1,164 $79 cr 10/3 Cred 10/12 Charge: King Soopers 10/15 Payment 10/25 Charge: Delta $148 $310 cr $321 $61 Amount owedS WorksheetExplanation / Answer
Hi,
total owed= Prev balance+total expense-total credits i.e
= 1164+148+321+61- (79+310)
=1305
interest on this is 1305* 0.06/12 =6.525
therefore total she owes 1305+6.525= 1311.5
