A) the topic can be for the property agents those who call to the prospects customer to know if they want to sell,buy or rent a home, this can be the question without any bias

b) if we need to motivate the answer in one direction we can ask as those tho are willing to buy,rent or sell a home will be awared a cash price of $2000, this will motivate the answer to be yes and more people will be willing

c) if we need to motivate in other direction then we can ask for those who are willing to buy,rent and sell a home and those who do so will be fined a huge penalty charge, by this more people will not be willing to buy rent or sell a home.
