1) design bias- as for polling every one has to bear the cost of 50 cents per minute therefore the much people will not be interested in this poll and those who are polling might be rich and poor people do not poll.

2) procedural bias - as the polling start very late in the night therefore the much population will not be awake to vote hence only limited people will be polling.
