Please explain to me why Candidate B is not giving their votes to either C or D? Why do they not give their votes to A? And how is E second in ranking when it's been eliminated and has 0 first-placed votes to begin with? Help.

candidate B is not giving their votes to either C or D because with B support C OR D cannot win,but if B is giving vote to A THEN A can surely win.C and D are second in vote ranking so they to convince B AND d or c .

E is second in ranking above to B beacuse B has give vote to A ,ELIMINATED from the race of winning
