2. Create a pivot table which shows average GPA by Department within College.
3. Search the web for the current listing of active businesses within the City of Los Angeles. Download the file and use SPSS to split the file based on council district.
4. Obtain the frequency count by council district of the different types of businesses based on NAICS code.
5. Use MS Access to locally store and query the data for export to a Word merge. Create a Word document template that notifies each city council person of the number and types of business in their district.
