= 23

for 94% confidence level is 1.88 approximately

Required CI is 23 +/- (1.88*8)/sqrt 12
= 23 +/- 15.04/3.4641
= 23 +/- 4.3417

lower limit is 23 - 4.3417 = 18.6583
upper limit is 23 + 4.3417 = 27.3417
