Explanation / Answer
Both leaders are ruling with regulations but most difficult one is north Korean leader. In some news article i heard that North Korean leader has some different mind set and he has undergone surgery to like his ancestor who once a time ruled the country. North Koreans has to be like slaves as they have to follow his orders if they like or not. He is conflicting each and every individual but US leader only concentrating on other factors which are influencing their country. Culture wise like dressing and social activities are also being controlled by North Korean leader but in real they have to be decided by the individual solely. Basic human rights are being controlled by North Korean leader.
