4A) Social Media for recruitment is not an effective approach to recruit workers, for the following reasons:
1) not everyone is on social media or uses it actively
2) People tend to project fake personas on social media
3) Social media majorly concerns the private life of individual and it doesn't reflect how one would perform in professional career
4) encroaching upon one's privacy via social media handles is unethical
5) Social media personas can be tampered, misrepresented and misused
6) For professions where appearance matters, people can post fake pictures or videos on social media with heavily altered apperance that can be mileading too

There are sine advantages of using social media for recruitment but we aren't ready to tackle all the disadvantages as yet.
