4. A.Social media is a modern type of recruitment method. It is very reasonable and easy to use by both Jobseeker and HR. It is very fast and easy accessible by user. Companies can easily check the relevant profile of candidate for recruitment purpose and easily contact to candidate. This procedure is much cost effective.
B. Move to different social media website for recruitment
Create a blog page for your comapny to spread the information to candidates as much as possible.
Spread the message on social media through referal.
C. This can be a problem but not a major concern. If any candidate who has a profile on social media portal. If any job opening come to the market recruiter search the relevant profile and reach to perticular candidate. No matter he is older one or younger. But social media can be benefical for someone who always active on social media because he or she always frequently check the available jobs on market.
5. Single manager should not be responsible for any employee termination because It is not fair enough. For any employee termination, it should be mutual understanding of department Managers, HR manager or some other concern manager. We have also 360 degree feedback system which is used by HR for feedback of every employee of organization.
If manager and HR is disagree who should be lay off. Matter should be move to top level management . They will take feedback from his reporting manager and other concern and decide for termination of employee.
