percentage = (1 - 1/16) * 100% = 93.75%
b)
percentage = (1- 1/2.5^2) * 100% = 84%
range = (3.38 - 2.5 * 0.08 , 3.38 +2.5 * 0.08) = (3.18,3.58)
c)
3.38 + k*0.08 = 3.54
=>
k = 2
proportion = (1 -1/4) * 100 = 75%
