Solution:

Here, we have to design the model for the significant factors which might influence the health of the entire world. For this study, there would be lots of potential factors possible for influence of the health. Also, there would be variation in the health problems as per geographic location of the people. For construction of this model, it is very important to collect the data which should represent entire world population. It would be very hard and complex task for collection of data by using the proper random sampling method. By assuming each country as a stratum, we would use the stratified random sampling method for the purpose of data collection. The proper information should be collected by using proper media which would produce the unbiased and more reliable results. It is not possible to collect data individually from each country so we can archive data from health departments from various countries. We would use different types of health indices for the different countries. We would focus on similarities and variations among the different potential factors regarding the health of the population of the world. At primary state we would use the descriptive statistics for checking various data properties for the collected data. After checking the assumptions like normality, linearity, homogeneity, etc. we can take proper decision of selection of the proper statistical design for estimation or prediction purpose. In this case, simple model is not appropriate and we would use the multiple randomized block design or factorial experiment.
