A study is conducted at a university to investigate student's satisfaction with their Courses. Which sampling design would be best for eliminating or reducing bias in order to obtain results that are most representative of the population of interest? Find students that will volunteer to complete a survey about their satisfaction with their courses. Cluster sample all students by major, randomly select one cluster, and have all students from the selected cluster complete a survey about their satisfaction with their courses. Divide students by year in college and then select a random sample of students from each stratum to complete a survey about their satisfaction with their courses. Obtain a simple random sample from all students taking math courses, and have them complete a survey about their satisfaction with their courses.

Answer is option C . That's because dividing students by year will result in our random sample to have students with all the courses. Hence we will have enough data to give unbaised result of satisfaction of all the courses. in option B, you are picking up students enrolled in only 1 course which does not give any information about other courses.
