Explanation / Answer

A) plot this data in excel using a scatter plot and then click on the graph which has f(x). You will get regression line as

Y=0.249x-422.8

B) Now plug in the value of x as 2017. You get y=79.433

C) plug in the value of y as 100 in the equation, you will get 2099.598 which can be approximated to 2100
