Z= 29-31.3/2.6

= -.885

c) 3 stdev is 95% which means 31.3+/0 3*2.6 = 31.3 +/- 7.8

d)

1-1/k^2 = .92

k^2 = 1/.08 = 100/8 =12.5

k = sqrt(12.5) = 3.56

So range of ages is 31.3+/- 3.56*2.6
