Please help check my grammar, sentence structure, punctuation of the below paragraphs. English is my second language. Thank you very very much!

I scored highest on column 4, which I totally agree on this result. I am well known for avoiding conflict in most of the situations. I feel like there are no need to make a small situation become bigger. So, in most case, I stay quiet and listen to what other people has to say, I also attempt to calm them down if I see any sign of violence may occur. I can be super aggressive too, but most of the time I can suppress my emotions. Because I know I will regret the decision I made when I’m not in my right mind.

My second highest score is column 2, which according to the survey is assertive, persuasive and collaborating. This is somewhat true, I tried to persuade people sometimes, and talk things out to see what are the problems that causing the conflict.

My B score is 22 points higher than A score. I don’t like to involve in any conflict unless I really have too. When that time comes, I always think twice before I say or do something. I worry more about the future than presents, that is why everything I do, I always think about the result that I may cause.

Explanation / Answer

My first highest score is in column 4, I am satisfied with this result. In general, in most of the situation’s I avoid conflict because I feel there is no need of making a small situation bigger. I feel like staying quiet and listen to what others say and try to calm them down if at all they are creating violence. I can be aggressive too but I suppress my emotions because I regret the decision I took in the wrong state of mind.

My second highest score is in column 2, which according to the survey is assertive, persuasive and collaborating. This is somewhat true, I tried to persuade some people and interacted with them to identify the problems that caused the conflict.

My B score in comparison with A is 22 points high. I don’t involve in any conflict unless I really need to, when I get involved I always think twice before doing or saying something. I worry more about the future than the present, so for that reason, I always think of the end result.
