Mission statement-1 is an ineffective statement which is not clear or consice, and does not articulate the purpose of why the company exist. What product or service the company sells, why does it sell, and what difference does it make to the company. This is an example of poorly written statement which does not have the sole purpose of company's existence.

Sample statement -2

This statement does not describe the company's purpose of its existence. It only manages to tell to whom does it do and how does it do. It lacks the basic concept of what does it do - does it sell a product or a service.

This statement is strong in terms of telling the world that it cares for its employees and its commitment in providing and creating a better environment and place for its employees to work.

Mission statement-2 is a weak statement which fails to tell what does it do. It is effective in terms of describing its efforts to keep its employees happy so that its employees can make their customers happy.

Sample Statement 3:

This statement fails to deliver the sole purpose of the company. This is an ineffective statement which gives vision of the company instead of the mission. The statement just tells why does it do what it does and there is no note on who is benefitted - the company, or employees or the customers.

This is an ineffective statement which just gives what does it want to do in the future, and the company's vision.
