When it comes to seeking god to advance in leadership one should not forget his roots while going up the ladder. Be a person with as much knowledge and wisdom to be able to accurately guide and influence the people at the same time realizing the time where you have started to grow by god’s grace. Leadership is not only about position as influence but about the way you create loyal followers. God has given leadership skills as an experience through which others can seek help. Teachings of god always remain inbuilt in the heart which focuses motivation not manipulation. Being a leader and reaching the top of the ladder is like submitting to god and accomplishing god’s work by leading its own people.
