The best Recommendation is the 3rd one. In this option Toyota is moving towards creating value in the environmental efforts and giving contribution to the society. Also there a new innovation which could bring electric cars, lower emission and recycling centres.
This method will save a lot of money and brings new direction for Automobile industry. Implementation of the 3rd recommendation does not have too many negative aspects as well.
