In this specific case court must have decided in favour of Wilson as all of her decisions were on the basis of religious sentiments. According to the law, the company does not have any kind of authority to hurt his religious sentiments as well as to stop her for following her specific believes over her religion.
Possible remedies for this is specific situation or that she must be isolated from rest of the department or her colleagues should be instructed to stop giving attention to her button or transferring her to another department.
