We find out the sequence by checking going to the least numbers first and putting them in front if they are on Machine 1 and at back if they are on machine 2.
We get the following job- machine number combinations by following this logic:

Therefore the sequence comes out to be:

Therefore Machine 2 is Idle as Job C ,B,F,E,A are being processed at Machine 1.
Total Idle time= 1+7+4+10+2= 24 Hours
