Help on all of these would be much appreciated!

A study compared the number or cancerous skin lesions on the right and left arms of 5, 000 males from 5 separate dermatology clinics. Is there a significant difference between the mean number of lesions on right and left arms? The study in #2 raised some interesting points, so clinicians took a random sample of 15 patients in the 90^th percentile (containing most skin lesions), and compared the number of cancerous skin lesions on the right and left arms. Individually, is there a significant difference between right and left arms in this patient sample? An investigation into BMI and Systolic Blood Pressure was conducted from a sample of 9 overweight/ patients from local doctor's office. Is there a correlation between BMI and Systolic blood pressure, and bow strong is it? The blood groups of 400 individuals, from 4 different ethnic groups were recorded with the following results: Is there as association between blood group and ethnic group? The effect of enzyme concentration on rate of a reaction was investigated with the following results. Plot a graph of these results, fit a straight line to the data, and find the slope of this line. Use the slope to predict the rate at an enzyme concentration of 0.7mM.
