E(A) = 2*E(X) = 2*21.3 = 42.6

Var(A) = 22*V(X) = 4*V(X) = 4*26 = 104

E(B) = 2*E(X) - 1 = 2*21.3 - 1 = 41.6

Var(B) = 22*V(X) = 4*V(X) = 4*26 = 104

E(C) = -E(X) + 9 = - 21.3 + 9 = -12.3

Var(C) = V(X) = 26
