Q 3. If we know only Class limit and corresponding frequency, then we cannot identify the original data values ( assuming that we donot have original data )
We only knows that there are 51 observations which are valued between 0 to 0.99 bu cant identify their original values with only class limit and frequency.
Q 5. For any population to consider as normal distribution, the sample size should be greter than 30, here we have sample size 10 and we have to select only 4 digits out of 10 digits. So we cannot consider the distribution of selected digits is a normal distribution
