Distance travelled by me while coming to rest=20.8*20.8/2*7=30.9 m

Time taken to stop=20.8/7=2.97 sec

Distance travelled by tractor=29.7 m

So it will not hit tractor as tractor will be ahead of me by 34.7+29.7-30.9=33.5 m

Distance by car=30.9 m

Tractor is 33.5 m ahead of car
