Explanation / Answer
Nowadays, with the growth in technology and its deeper integration with the business process it has been possible to be able to telecommute and essentially work from home. There are a number of factors for that which could include the distance from the workplace, efficiency and other personal reasons. Personally, I would choose option A rather than B. My decision is based on the fact that my place of work is simply too distant from my residence. Form home, I would indulge in a full time job, because, it is always better for the career aspect in your life to be able to pledge yourself fully to the work.
To make sure the arrangement doesn't negatively impact my career i would make it personally clear to the management of the goals I have with regards to the position I'm working at and therefore, allows me to take essential steps in order to safeguard my career while successfully building a present as well. While telecommuting does not have any challenges, sometimes, due to the benefit of working from. Home and no immediate oversight, the workforce starts lacking and essentially crates a habit of avoiding work. This should be avoid at all cost and punctuality should be a priority.
I am suited to telecommute because of the fact that I am self motivated and punctual. I am clear with my expectations from the position that I will handle and do not mind the oversight of my employers which will mean they can fully trust me and my work ethics making it easier for both the parties on the scope of trust issues.
