Is there a company that has really made an effort to build a “relationship” with you? Did it work? Are you still a devoted customer of this company? Write a one-page paper on the history of this relationship. Tell why it works and what efforts other companies should copy.

Explanation / Answer
Over the period of Years Amazon has excellently build the relationships with the consumers. It’s actually serve the customer and does not only “Sell Product”. Its customer services is actually excellent and they do not bother about refunds and other things.
Return of product- It was around 5 years back when I purchased a pair of Mont Blanc Refill from Amazon.in. The order was duly fulfilled by the company and it was supplied to me after getting imported from the seller. I had to do it because I live in a mid-sized town of India where we usually do not find Mont Blanc Products. As soon as the product reached to me I found that it does not fit to the pen and I was worried about it. I immediately called Amazon and they said that I can retail the refill as well as they will refund the amount also. I was actually stunned and impressed by that.
Chat services- Another incident the when I had to return a product I used its chat services to get the status, I must say the service is excellent and they answered all the questions like they are just standing by me. I Must say that the organization care for its customer.
Amazon Prime- Next level was when I purchased Amazon prime membership and could see a fantastic speed of delivery. Some of the products were delivered very next day whereas it would have taken almost 2-3 days to deliver. The movies which is saw on Prime was another beautiful experience. Most of the movies have got language option which I loved.
