Question
Below is a chi-square and Cramer’s V statistic from Maricopa County’s Sheriff Offices’ Annual Report (2014-2015). The tables tests the relationship between whether a driver had an item seized by that driver’s race. The chi-square is significant, so a relationship exists. What does this tell us about the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office? How does the Cramer’s V weigh in here?

In this study using chi square test given that their is significant relationship between whether a driver had an item seized by that driver’s race. But chi square test dose not say just how significant and this is given by Cramer’s V.
Cramer’s V value varried from 0 to 1, if it closeto 0 means little association and if it is close to 1 means strong association.
In oue example Cramer’s V is 0.048 which is close to 0 means there is little association between whether a driver had an item seized by that driver’s race.
