4. Testing - This phase involves testing of the system functionalities base don which any issues are identified and resolved as required.
5. Deployment - This phase involves deploying the system for business use after all the issues are resolved.
6. Support and maintenance - Once the system is deployed and the business starts functioning, any breakdowns or issues in the system are supported by an IT support team while the system also undergoes preventive maintenance.
