A new waste management plant building selection is done by analyzing the factors which involved in it. The decision will be based on the factors which are as follows:
These factors develop perspective for the decision of selection a building site whether to build a plant there or not. The starting point of the decision making is done by the doing the feasibility and requirement analysis of the project.
The steps which I would take are as follows:
The decision model i.e. incremental best describes my approach as for the project decision making process. This model actually segregated in the three phases such as Identification, development and selection. The identification phase which actually collects the information about the product and it actually diagnose the factors which has been identified. This is done on the internal side of the decision-making process or we can say that it works in the background. This phase now gives the important factors which helps in development of the project in later stage. Another is development phase which actually search appropriate factors from the identified and do the screening them. This would give the clear indication that the design of the process is true to the information obtained. The development phase is helpful in decision making as the process of proceeding is decided. Selection phase actually first the choices then evaluate it. The bargaining also done on the basis of the choices which has been evaluated. These choices are very clear and specific to the project. So, the authentication is given to the selection process. Here an external interrupt may happen which may alter the decision making.
