Every organisation tends to follow only the basic process of communication rather introducing new process and making it difficult for their employees. Communication is always done between a group of people or between two individuals. Communication can be done through verbally and non verbally as per the individual interest and also basing on the circumstances.

No need of any improvisation in the basic process usually but if you tend to improvise it then we have to make it more easy for the individuals to understand and take it form while performing it.
Feedback is the backbone in communication process, we must opt it at regular intervals from individuals tpo scrutinize the issues and also make the process even simplified.
Real listening goes no where not only organisation at any where a person only hears when they want to and takes only such information which they are intended to take and they feel it will be useful for them , they prefer only that information. So real listening comes out through number of individuals.
