The aspects which should be raised before there is change in the structure of the organization are weather the employees are ready for any such change , is there harmony in the organization, will there be any change in the capacity of the out flow of work & whill this change impact a positive change in the organization.
The organization may face several problems as the employees may not favour all the changes which come to them as most of the employees like to be in a comfortable position.There can be resentment and a passive attitude towards work , whereas some may take it as a challenge and work in a positive direction.People may feel demotivated towards work which may harm the capacity of the firm .
Things can be controlled by step by step procedure,the change should not be abrupt, all the employees should be educated about the benefits of the change .The organization should develope confidence amongest the employees to motivate them to face the change.
