Alexia has been accepted to attend Pierce College in the fall of 2018. For her graduation from high school, her Grandfather decides to give her a car. In May, Grandpa makes a contract with Sunshine Auto Sales to purchase the car and have the car and title delivered to Alexia. Grandpa pays the full purchase of the car, calls Alexia and tells her about the gift and then takes off to Aruba to go scuba diving for 3 months. Sunshine Auto Sales never delivers the car. Discuss whether Alexia can or cannot recover for Sunshine’s breach of contract.
