E-Commerce is what are the most prominent tools which are being implemented into the system at current state. It increases the level of marketing for any organisation and provide positive impact by increasing its market reach to the international and global level. This type of approach definitely increase companies adaptability and improves market position.
E-commerce has following major characteristics
It has very wide reach.
It is cost effective.
it can be easily expanded
It is highly profitable
Information implementation is easier
Tracking of orders and customer interaction is also very good.
Technology has very widely affected today is communication methods and improve the communication by a huge margin which has created a better marketing structure for most of the organisation. For using effective communication method usage of internet based communication as well as other communicated methods such as telephone and mobile communication is required.
Social media has become a great tool for communicating companies standard and its products to the customers as well as for taking feedback. Communication methods such as internet based communication via videoconferencing and virtual meetings have increase the level of strategic implementation of different factors inside the organisations. Advancement in technological communication also insured less gap between different events which are critically implemented into the organisation for reducing the latency and improving efficiency as well as productivity of the organisations.
An eCommerce website should be simple and effective. Website should not use unpleasant and very bright colours unless it is required by the company. Quality of the data should be accurate and all the information provided in the website should directly relate to the company's goal and mission. Easiness in navigating through the pages should be considered when designing the website as well as other factors such as loading time and server response should also be very critically analyse before launching an eCommerce website for the company.
E-commerce has extremely large number of threats available. Hacking is one of the main problems which affects e-commerce. Hackers are consistently looking for the loophole in the E-commerce website information such as names and emails which is later sold to the mass Data Collection websites. Hackers can even turn down on website by injecting Malware softwares into its structure. For mitigating this type of tissue proper usage of Firewall and updated antivirus software should be implemented into the website structure and trusted service provider should be used..
