a)Capacity = 1/processing time

Capacity of Resource 2 = 1/6 = .1667 units per minute

b) The bottleneck is defined as the process in the flow diagram with the lowest capacity (the “weakest link”).

Therefore, the process with the highest processing time is the bottleneck i.e RESOURCE 2

c) Utilisation = Flow Rate/Capacity

= 1/6*100

=16.667%

d) One unit takes LCM(2,6,4) minutes to process

One unit takes 12 minutes

182 units => 182*12

=2184 minutes
