I work for the computer service industry.
Quality rating from the client: Client rating gets varied every quarter. In our organisation, there is a policy that the client has to rate the project in terms of the quality every quarter. This will be the indicator of how happiness the client is and whther the project will get extended? Client rating directly correlates with the employees performance. Employee performance is determined with the appraisal rating. So the simple linear regression between the employees rating and client rating address the situation.
Employee Disengagement: This can be due to many factors both professional and personal. So one cannot judge a single factor to undergo regression and solve the situation.
