Explanation / Answer

1. Steve Jobs has always played an essential role in making Apple an innovation company because of his creativity, leadership skills, and his attitude of not worried about the failure. With These attributes, Jobs has turned himself into a successful innovator, as well as the organization itself is a success story. Jobs had a vision on the best way to design an item that would fulfill customers' unrealized need. He always believed in himself and was never worried about the consequences of the decisions he took, this has made him take bold decisions and has given him the ability to explore innovative paths to make Apple to come forward and achieve the highest point. He needed his representatives to become an innovator and imaginative, which is the reason he was a good example for them.

2. All these mentioned products iPod, iPhones, iPads, and Macintosh are based on innovations and proper marketing research. They design the products based on the needs of the customers and also they include those features which surprise the customers and those features fulfill the unrealized needs of the customers. Apple is known for being innovative and launching unique products. And these products when launched, they were unique in the market and were fancy enough to make the customers realize the need and buy the product.

3. The leadership style of Tim Cook is pretty different from Steve Jobs. He doesn't let the customers and employees know more about his future plans. He is very crowd interactive. He openly shares his views about the morals and ethics. Tim is more of customer-centric and so the product design is based on the needs of the customers and so the focus is not much on creating a dent but to make the product which could fulfill the already stated needs of the customers.

4. Steve was exceptional as compared to other pioneers. As I said previously, he was innovative, he had unique leadership style, and he had a mentality of not being dissapointed on failure. His enthusiasm for advancement and innovation had driven Apple to realize fruitful results.
