Statement of the Problem in the Language of the Problem The overall problem that the homebuilders face is caused by the high range of customization that is available to the customers. This causes an increased amount of time wasted on implementing customer data. Home builders currently must use a series of tedious forms to transcribe all of the customers data. These are then stored in database files that take up a can take up large amounts of storage. If there are any necessary changes that must be made to the customer's file, the home builders must locate file and make these changes to multiple forms. This process can lead to inconsistencies and mistakes with customer orders and can ultimately lead to substantial loss in time and revenue.

Explanation / Answer

After the problem is solved the owner might possibly think of taking all the requirements of the customers before construction itself and not to entertain any customisations once the construction is completed as it is taking a lot of time ot remodel them and the effort that was put in to construct is getting wasted.
