Explanation / Answer

3 a) As an employee with high commitment and friends in the organization for a long period of time and then facing sudden lay offs of friends and instability in the organization will bring about cognitive dissonance. I, on one hand am a loyal employee of the company, who has been dependent on the company for a long time and have focussed on serving it, but on the other hand my friends have been suddenly fired from their position after working hard in the company. So, this makes me conflicted on whether to view the company has a just organization which recognizes and appreciates its employees or a selfish organization which only care about its profits.
