1.b)A is true , B is false
The fifth stage of Erikson's Psychosocial Stages is Identity vs Role confusion which occurs during the adolescent ages of 12- 18 years. The individual is in this stage explores and experiments in order to find out their identity and role that they want to establish in their adult life.Succesful completion of this stage makes the person see themself as an integrated self, and gaining the virtue of fidelity. On the other hand some individuals may make the transition to adulthood without finding their identity and are forever confused about who they actually are.Hence statement 1 is true.
Kohlberg in his theory gave 6 stages of moral development that he called as universal. However it has been found that wimen score low on his moral development scale and are generally stuck at stage 3. The stages after 3 till 6 are parallel to autonomous moral stages in piaget's theory.however this gender bias was researched by Gilligan and as mentioned the term autonomous is from piaget's theory.Hence statement 2 is false.
2.The correct option is e) all are stages of bowlby's infant attachment theory
Bowlby's four stages of attachment are-
First- Newborn infants attract attention through crying, smiling, cooing, and making eye contact. This is the stage of no attachment.
Second- 6 weeks- 6 to 8 months. Infants begins to see their mothers as someone who can fulfill their needs and it is the beginning of gradual development of a sense of trust and attachment.
Third- 6 to 8 months- 18 months to 2 years - Attachment is clearly established. The infant experiences separation anxiety when mother is not around .
Fourth- 18 months and above , Reciprocal attachment begins.Separation anxiety declines as the child is able to express and understand better with language development and a sense of security is established even when the mother has to leave for some time.
