1. Ashland is a change management company which provide solution to it customer by applying strategies,processes and technologies. Purpose of change management is to implement startegies which should be cost effective and help people to adapt change.
For an example Ashland provide a service to its customer who is electronics manufacturing company. He is making mobile phone by doing assembling of electronics component. Now Ashland have to simplify a assembly process which should be cost effective, less time consuming with higher production capacity. If Ashland succeeded to do this change, Customer will gain more profit.
2.ashland continue building momentum with growth rate in sales and earnings. Sales grew by 20 percent year over year.
Yes changes stuck because if you want to change or reengineering in any organization first you have to change employee behaviour and approach towards work. This is very difficult task to do.
